Terms & conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all appointments and work carried out by AutoJet.
Applicability
These terms apply to all services and repairs carried out by AutoJet (Televisieweg 63, 1322 AJ Almere, KvK 95113479), unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Quotes and prices
We give you a clear quote in advance. Prices stated include VAT unless stated otherwise. Our hourly rate and parts prices are agreed with you beforehand.
Appointments
You can book online, by phone or via WhatsApp. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know in good time.
Carrying out the work
We carry out the work skilfully and to the best of our ability. If additional or different work turns out to be necessary, we only carry it out after your approval.
Payment
Payment is due immediately after the work is completed, unless agreed otherwise.
Warranty
We provide a warranty on the work we carry out. For fitted parts, the warranty of the relevant supplier or manufacturer applies. The warranty is void in the event of improper use or repairs by third parties.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law
Dutch law applies to all agreements with AutoJet.
