What data we collect
We only process the data you provide to us yourself, such as:
- your name;
- your phone number and/or email address;
- your vehicle's licence plate and details;
- the service you want and the date/time of your appointment;
- the content of messages you send us (for example via the booking form or WhatsApp).
Why we use your data
We use your data to:
- schedule your appointment and carry out the work (performance of the contract);
- contact you about your appointment or vehicle;
- comply with legal obligations, such as our accounting and tax duties;
- improve our service (legitimate interest).
How long we keep your data
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Appointment and customer data is kept for as long as needed for our service. Data that forms part of our accounting is kept for 7 years, as required by the Dutch tax authority.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We only share data when needed for our service or required by law, for example with:
- the provider of our customer and booking system (processor);
- WhatsApp/Meta, when you contact us via WhatsApp;
- government authorities, when legally required.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use.
